ORDER PROCESSING:

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed.  

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.

USPS has experienced frequent delays depending on your local area. Shipping delays within USPS are out of my control. You can track your package by visiting your account on my website and searching for your order. Your tracking number will be listed there. If there are any issues during the transit of your package, message me and I'd be happy to help you.***
